Prime location in 30ave station Astoria Queens, the entire community is very safe and convenient. 24 hours open fruit shop, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a riverside promenade to see midtown is 15 minutes walk away( Costco Astoria)

Ferry 15 minutes walk away and train stops a 1-minute walk away, 15 minutes to midtown Manhattan (Penn Station to take the NJ trains to world cup stadium)Perfect for those visiting New York during the World Cup.

Junior 1-bedroom apartment with washer and dryer in building. My unit has a small balcony. Daily views of the city skyline. A truly wonderful place to live!(I may or may not stay night on the couch as helping family members nearby during your stay, but the big bedroom is all yours, and you can use, eat anything in fridge or I will prepare basic milk bread drinks if necessary etc etc in the apartment )

Price: daily $200 $1200/week (VOCO hotel summer price is almost $300per night or more!). Price negotiable for full stays .
