Charming Home in Astoria

Bright room available in a spacious second-floor apartment. The room has its own half bathroom and closet. The apartment has a shared full bathroom, comfortable living room, full kitchen, dining area, and a small extra room that works well for storage or a workspace. There’s also a porch and the apartment gets a good amount of light and looks out to the street.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but still close to everything — walking distance to Ditmars Ave, restaurants, shops, and the train station.

This home is meant to feel like a safe, comfortable place to unwind and recharge, so I’m looking for someone who values a calm and respectful living environment. Ideally, you’re clean, considerate, easygoing, and friendly, someone who enjoys being social here and there, but also appreciates a peaceful home and doesn’t bring the party back to the apartment.

A little about me: I’m in my early thirties and pretty laid-back. I enjoy swimming, going on walks, and recently started baking. I’m also into game shows, reality TV, and anime.

I’d love to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and relaxed for everyone living here. Also, I’ll be adopting a cat this summer, so being cat-friendly is definitely a plus :)
