Room for Rent in Astoria

Looking for a roommate to renew a lease with in August, but can be amenable to a July move-in. Very spacious with lots of light. There is one bathroom for three people.

Me and the other roommate are quite artistically inclined (I work at a special collections library and the other roommate works as a graphic designer). We would like someone to feel at home in the apartment.

I am currently also a part-time grad student, so there will be times when I won't be at the apartment, and the other roommate tends to work long hours away from home. I have borne the brunt of the housecleaning, so would like to live with someone who feels as if cleaning is not beneath them/and is comfortable doing it.

The apartment is on the first floor, so we have chronically dealt with mice but it's manageable, and it comes with the territory.

If possible, would like to see paystubs from last two pay periods.
