Large Room w/ private half-bath avail May 15/June1

Hi everyone!

I am sadly moving out of this lovely apartment & leaving my 2 amazing roommates, Vanessa & Maria, behind to move in with my boyfriend. They are both so lovely, friendly & very clean people. They both work full time. They are looking for someone who is also working full time & is clean, friendly & a good communicator. Our landlord is also great, he is very friendly & helpful if we ever have any issues, which is rare.

The room will be available to move in on June 1st, but this is flexible. It can be available earlier if desired. You will need $1300 + a one month deposit $1300 to move in ($2600 total) paid to the landlord to move in. If you would like to move in earlier, the may rent will be pro-rated for the days you are moving in, payable to me. Can be flexible month to month lease, one month notice required to get security deposit back.

Your bedroom is huge with lots of light. You will have a walk in closet & your own private half-bath (toilet & sink). I will also be selling most of my furniture if you are interested.

Huge apartment , with large living room, kitchen & main bathroom. There is a balcony which is great during the summer.

Apartment is in a great location, with laundry, gym & great bars & restaurants nearby. It is on a very quiet street with no noise. The Astoria boulevard N/W is the closest subway stop. The Steinway st station is further, about 15 min walk away. M60, Q101, Q19, Q18 & citibike docks are all even closer to our apartment.

- Rent: $1300/month paid to landlord. Deposit of $1300 required to move in.
-WiFi: ~ $13/month, usually paid as $40 every 3 months. Paid to Vanessa.
- CONED: ~ $40 - $100 /month depending on season. Paid to Vanessa.
