$1600 for bedroom + office in Astoria

My roomie is moving out and I am looking for another roommate for my 2.5 bedroom home in Astoria starting June 1. Rent is $1600 for the bigger bedroom (with two closets) and a small office. It’s the second floor of a two-home private house located 10 minutes from the N/W trains and 20 minutes from the R train. The M60 and Q101 are a block away. The photos of the bedroom and office (the nursery lol) are from an older listing; they are currently painted a soft white and unfurnished. The rest of the house is already furnished.

About me: I am a 33 yr old social worker and I am at work Mon-Thu 8am-6pm; I work remotely on Fridays. I am usually out 1-2 nights a week after work and most days during the weekend. I love biking around NYC and hiking around the world. I love traveling and take 2-3 international trips a year. But I also like to stay in and read a book with my cat! I am a neat freak (no shoes inside), like to keep a beautiful home, and prefer a clean and quiet roommate.
