Cozy room available on July 1st in a 4br, 1ba duplex apartment in Astoria. The kitchen and bath are shared.

We are three male roommates in our late 30s early 40s. We work full time. We keep the place clean and are respectful of each other. Electric and gas bills are shared. We are looking for a clean respectful person, employed and responsible. We will ask for references and proof of employment.

Home built in 2005, it is new compared to old Astoria houses. It has hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, open concept kitchen with spacious living room and a large bathroom. The home is located at the intersection of 42nd street and 20th road a quiet area of Astoria, yet not far from Ditmars Blvd with many nice restaurants and stores. There is always parking on the street, if you own a car. Laundromat is two blocks away. 2 min to bus station on Steinway or 5 min to bus station on Ditmars. 15 min to subway station on 31st street. Commute to Manhattan is about 35 min. Citibike around the corner.

There is no broker fee. The rent is $800 per month.
