Lease takeover in Astoria May 1st with option to resign at the end of September!

Hi everyone! Looking for roommate to takeover a bedroom in our 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Astoria starting May 1st.

About the room:
-$1275/month (not including utilities)
-Very cozy, fits full size bed, room for desk and small dresser

About the apartment:
-room will come unfurnished
-you’ll be sharing a bathroom with the one other roommate
-we all split gas/electric
-2 story walk up, no elevator
-2 minute walk to N/W train line
-spacious living room and kitchen
-laundromats (with an s) within 2-5 minute walking distance
-grocery stores within 2-5 minute walking distance
-we also have a skylight in the kitchen/living room
-so many restaurants and convenience stores right nearby
-management is responsive and friendly

About us!
We really value a relaxing and clean home to come home to after work or a long day

I’m 25 and I work as a flight attendant! I’m quiet and respectful but I also do enjoy to socialize. I like to go out and have dinner or drinks with friends. But I also love to relax in my room for a cozy night in. I like to crochet and dj (I’m beginner lol), and Ioveee a good wine night with a movie.

I’m Magda, I’m 22 and I am out of the apartment for work most of the time travelling for work but when I am home I’m social, friendly and I love to make cookies for everyone in the house!
