The house is right across from a park and an easy walk to Astoria, the Museum of the Moving Image, and the shops, restaurants, and cafés along Skillman Ave. You get the quiet of a residential neighborhood with all the energy of Astoria just a short walk away.

It’s a 3-bedroom place but it’s just me living here right now (I’m a professional in my early 30s), so it’s pretty quiet and relaxed.

The location is really convenient for getting around, about a 5-minute walk to the 7 train (52nd St) and around 8 minutes to the R, M, and E at 65th St.
