Summer Sublease with Option to Extend

Hi everyone!
We are looking for someone to take over this room in our beautiful 3bed, 1 bath Astoria apartment! Must be queer-friendly plz., and 26+.
Not accepting pets at this time! Looking to maintain a clean
peaceful home.

About the Apartment:
This spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor and located just a few minutes away from the N/W subway line (Astoria Bivd stop), 10 mins walk to Astoria Park and 5-6 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. If you are someone who enjoys eating out, there are several restaurants and food trucks within the area, as well (7-8 min walk).

About the room: It's a very cozy room with the BEST natural sunlight. You'll have two deep closets (one in room and one in hallway) and will be unfurnished. Currently, there's a full size bed in the room, but it can fit a queen comfortably along with a dresser and desk.

Your Roommates:
You'll be sharing the apartment with two lovely human beings, in their late 20s. We are clean, respectful, fun to watch movies with and all around, very chill people.

Rent: $794.10 /month ~ may increase with the new lease

To move in: $1588.2 (1st month & deposit) Can't wait to have you join our beautiful home.
