3 month Sublet available

Hi we are Alex & Oleg a couple in Astoria. We are renting 1 room out of our 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious! Private Entrance room with tons of light. Quiet building with quiet neighbors. I am an actor /singer. Oleg is a programmer who works from home. We have a cat , please don’t be allergic. You must be friendly with cats. Room is unfinished. We have a large living kitchen a smallish bathroom but does the job. We have a cleaner that comes in clean common spaces. And will be part of utilities
We are looking for like minded business professionals open to the right students. We don’t have parties at home maybe the occasional friend. This is a 3 month sublet with possibility to extend in august for a year for the right fit.
