Room in Long Island City

We have one bedroom available April 1st (possibly sooner) for a roommate in a spacious 4bd/1.5bath apartment steps away from the Steinway M/R stop. The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, and has a large closet.

The shared living space consists of one full bathroom and one half bathroom, a massive living room, and an eat-in kitchen (with skylight!!). There's also ample closet space for luggage, jackets, or whatever else you might need to store.

The apartment is literally three blocks away from the Steinway M/R, a 10 minute walk to the N/W, and close to all amenities. There's a grocery store, great brunch spots, laundromat/dry cleaning, bodega, banks (chase/TD/BoA) all within a block and Astoria has some of the best food in the city.

You'll be living with three working professionals, 3 guys. We're looking for someone in their mid-late 20's to mid-late 30's who is friendly, respectful and clean.

We have a month to month lease; however, we're ideally looking for someone that is interested in staying long term. Our landlord requires proof income, as well as a recent credit report. Rent + Deposit required to move in (1550 total). Landlord will paint at your request.
