Apartment is on 2nd floor. Landlord also lives in the building and is super helpful. 10 min walk to 30 Ave (N/W) and 13 min walk to Steinway St (E, F, M, R). Grocery store is on the corner and takes less than a minute to get to, several laundromats nearby.

Roommates are young professionals, I'm working as a server and Katie bartends while attending school. We're looking for another young professional (preferably female, as they will be sharing a bathroom with Katie) who is friendly and will respect the space as we do.
