I’m 30, single, and appreciate a calm home for recharging. I work in adult education (1-2x/wk WFH) and love live music, traveling, hiking, period films, and Yankees games.

*3 bed / 1 bath (with tub)
*2nd story of a house, west-facing back deck, lovely neighbors in the two units below
*No dishwasher or washer/dryer; laundromat at the end of the block
*$1,317/mo each, utilities ~$55-100/mo variable summer/winter
*April 15th or May 1st move in for a 1-year lease
*No smoking/vaping inside, no hard drugs
*Must be queer friendly and ready to communicate and compromise to make our home comfortable for all.
*🐶 Dog lovers, please! I’ve had my rescue Suki for 4 years, 3 years in this apartment. She does take some time to warm up to new people, so it’s helpful to have a heads up for guests.
