Cosy room for a female in a beautiful house

I have single occupancy cosy room available from March 1st 2026. Room is unfurnished, has one window and build in single closet.

Apartment itself has two bedrooms is well maintained and spacious, natural wood flooring throughout and kitchen area has marble tops.
I’m friendly, quiet and laidback person. For me home is a space to relax and unwind after intense work schedules, so to be respectful of sleeping and resting times is important. Also very mindful of cleanings of the shared spaces. I’m looking for a roommate with a similar attitude.
Supermarket and laundromat are one block away. Trains to R M or N W are 10 mins walk to 30 th Ave station.
Majority of the time I’m out of apartment, working long hours, exercising or traveling away for the weekends. Those times you will have peace and comfort enjoying apartment on your own.
Rent is $1500 plus utilities. 1 month security deposit required. Also proof of income, credit score, references and your ID.
