Room in two bedroom apartment in Astoria

I have single occupancy room available from June 1st 2026. Room is unfurnished.

Apartment itself has two bedrooms, is well maintained and spacious, natural wood flooring throughout and kitchen area has a granite tops. Some storage space is also available.
I’m professional and organized female. For me home is a space to relax and unwind after intense work schedules, so to be respectful of sleeping and/or resting times of other person is important. Also I’m mindful of cleaning our spaces. I’m looking for a roommate with a similar attitude.
House is located in a quiet, residential area away from very active Astoria streets, but the great choice of restaurants and coffee shops are only few blocks away.
Supermarket and laundromat are one block away. Trains to R M or N W are 10 mins walk to 30 th Ave station.
Majority of the time I’m out of apartment either working, exercising or traveling away for the weekends. I love plants, art, fashion, mini dachshunds, and healthy cooking.
Rent is $1300 plus utilities ( shared). 1 month security deposit is required. Also proof of income, credit score, references and your ID.
