Spacious Astoria Room Available for March 1st

I’ve lived in this apartment for two years now and I’m looking for a new roommate for March 1st onward. The location is great, right off of Ditmars. There’s a laundromat right down the street, as well as a 24-hour Grocery Store, and the walk from the N/W to the apt is filled with great stores and amazing restaurants. The apartment itself has two large rooms on opposite sides of the building, with a separate full size kitchen and living room, and a shared bathroom.

I work as a bartender, so I’m typically out for work most evenings. I also run a D&D campaign on Mondays, so I’ll be out for that as well. Since the rooms are so far apart, and my schedule has me gone most nights, there’s a chance we don’t interact a ton. However, if you’re a social butterfly looking for new friends, I’m always down for that as well!

The previous tenant had a massive untrained dog that caused a lot of problems for the neighbors, so I have to be a little more strict about that this time around. I’m open to consideration for cats, but unfortunately it’s a hard no for dogs (though I still love them greatly). The previous tenant also had a major issue with paying rent on time, so I’d need you to come prepared to share recent pay-stubs and prior on-time rent payments.

I’m looking for someone ready and available to move in March 1st, and while the lease has typically been month-to-month, I’m open to longer terms if you can prove your ability to be financially responsible and not cause trouble for our neighbors.
