Hi, This is a two-bedroom individual house with one bathroom. One bedroom is fully furnished and available. It’s a beautiful, bright room with lots of natural sunlight, a king-size bed, air conditioning, and heating. All utilities are included.

The house has a kitchen and a comfortable living setup. I work from home, but you’ll have your own dedicated table and chair for work or study.

A cleaner comes once every two weeks. You’re welcome to use the same service, or we can take turns cleaning—whatever works best.

I’m looking for a calm, easygoing, and respectful person to share the space.
