Looking for a new roommate (one person) to fill a LARGE and SUNNY room 12x14ft (unfurnished) in my 2-bed/1-bath RENT STABILIZED apartment in Astoria for a 1-year lease or short term with a flexible move-in between Feb and March. $1250/month + utilities (electricity and wifi- gas/water are included) with 1 month security

About me: I work for a Prod Company. I'm friendly, quiet, laidback, and very mindful of cleanings of the shared spaces. I'm looking for a roommate with a similar attitude.

The apartment is nice and filled with sunlight, pretty tidy, close to 30th Ave and 42nd St in Astoria. Close to gym, bars, and cafes. The Supermarket and Laundromat are a block away. The N/W and R/M are about 10min walk.

The room is large 12x14ft with 2 closets
* $1250 + utilities ( wifi + electricity around $80 - summer more with AC)
* 1 month security
* 1 year lease or shorter time with flexible move-in to start Feb through March.
* No smoking/vaping/pets
* LGTB and POC friendly
* Location: Astoria Near 42nd St & 30th Ave ~10 min walk to R/M and N/W.
* Room is unfurnished
