My roommate is moving out and looking for someone 25+ years old to take over the room in a beautiful, fully renovated apartment located in the heart of Astoria. We moved in November 2025, so everything is basically brand new!

🗓 Move-in: March 1st (flexible 1–2 days earlier)
📄 Lease take over and it runs through April 2027.

Both of us work Monday–Friday and I occasionally work from home. The other roommate is a social worker working in the city. I’m a psychologist and for confidentiality on my 3-4 wfh days/month, prefer someone that doesn’t work from home.

We value being respectful, clean, and generally considerate of each other — we’re friendly and happy to chat when we cross paths, but everyone does their own thing.
