Small cozy room in great Astoria location

Room for rent is unfurnished but the rest of apartment is fully furnished. The room for rent could fit a double bed max but more space in the room w a single or lofted bed. Room has a spacious closet and window w an AC already installed.

Living area, kitchen and bathroom is all shared. Would like a cleaning chore calendar schedule type arrangement to agree upon. WiFi included in rent. Utility bill split monthly. Would prefer to order common supplies in bulk: toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. and split cost. Sorry the living room area looks cluttered I was packing for a trip when I took it.

Ideal roommate HAS a FT job, not a lot of belongings and is NOT up all night in and out of the apt - a night owl so to speak. The only shared closet space outside room is near the bathroom and shelf space in the bathroom. I have plenty of kitchen wares and appliances for shared use and a large refrigerator to share space equally.

Would like to arrange a virtual meet and can give a better tour of the apt room/happy to provide other measurements and details.

Occasional guests are ok for reasonable amount of time and hours - all I ask is a heads up and I will do the same. Cannot stress enough that I am a very quiet person. I work a 7-4 M-F schedule and am usually in bed by 10pm nightly. The ideal roommate would share a similar sleep schedule.

Would like to start with a 3mo agreement and take it from there if things are going well.
The building is very close walk to the N/W/R/M trains. Grocery store and laundry mat within minutes from building.

Appreciate anyone reading to review these details and reach out only if this applies and if it seems like it would check all the boxes. Sorry to sound like a job interview but want to save both of our time and want to find the best fit for both parties.
