Large, sunny bedroom in Astoria

Looking to fill a 300 sqft bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment. $1500 per month

About the room: Large (15x20) with lots of sunlight, a built-in office or reading space, and a closet. The bedroom is not furnished. (Note: the pictures show guitars in the room, which is how the previous tenant had it set up. I don’t have any guitars; I just haven’t gone in to take pictures of my roommate’s room yet)

About the apartment: Second floor walk up in a quiet, two-story building. The shared spaces are already fully furnished. The landlord does not allow pets.

About me: 25 year old man, employed full time at a non profit. I work fully in-person most of the year and hybrid in the winter. I am fairly clean and don’t usually have a lot of guests, except my girlfriend who comes over about 1-2x a week. I love music, traveling, riding my bike, and cooking (would love to share with you!)
