The bedroom fits a queen bed (pictured) and the couch in the living room is 56" for reference. I don't have a square footage for the apartment, I'd say somewhere near 600 sq ft. It has a large bedroom closet and storage / coat closet in the living room.

I love my little courtyard view from the kitchen and living room. The sunrise is beautiful from the bedroom window. A real delight to wake up to in the morning.

Pets are allowed. My dog is pictured. It's a $100 dollar pet fee. My rent is $2,800 per month plus a pet fee of $100, totaling $2,900.

The laundry service is right next door and it makes laundry super easy. They are typically same day for $1.00 / pp. Honestly, great service.

I'm assigning the lease. It goes until June 30th of this year. So about half way through the 12 month lease. If you want a 12 month lease, I'll happily present that to the landlord.

I honestly love living here, but I'm moving in with my partner who owns their own place.
