I'm looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly female roommate for a comfortable house in Astoria, 30th Ave.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the 30th Ave subway station (N and W lines).
There are markets and various restaurants nearby, and a laundromat is just a minute away.

I'm a working professional, and I enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
I don't bring parties home.

I'm looking for a female roommate for the middle room, located between the large and small bedrooms.

I live in the smaller bedroom.

The middle room has a sofa bed, a bookshelf, a desk, a small sofa, and an IKEA dresser.
You will also have access to a small closet near the entrance.

The shared spaces are the bathroom and the kitchen.
