I’m looking for a respectful and friendly female roommate for one private bedroom in a shared two-bedroom apartment near Astoria–Ditmars.

Private Bedroom: $1,300/month (medium-sized room; closest available option on Spare Room)
Deposit: One month’s rent
Utilities: Heat included. Other utilities are not included and typically total around $100 or less per person per month, depending on seasonal usage, and include high-speed internet.
Laundry: Shared laundry room located in the basement
Bathroom: One shared bathroom

About Me:

Female, working professional in the theater industry (management).
Originally from Korea, living in NYC for 20+ years.

I’m clean, quiet, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. This is a low-noise, no-party household. Friendly but privacy-respecting. Occasional guests only. Non-smoker.

Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:30am–6pm (occasional WFH Fridays).
