Primary bedroom in big a 3BR apartment, with lots of natural sunlight & a nice big closet. Currently furnished with a full size bed, dresser, mirror, desk, chair, and a few standing shelves.

The common area is kinda huge for NYC standards and also has great natural light. We’ve got two couches, a recliner, big tv, computer, printer, dining room table and a foosball/ mini pool table. We’ve got a bunch of games and still have plenty of room for hobbies, exercise, whatever’s your thing.

The kitchen is fully equipped. We’ve got all the basics and more. Standard stove top, oven, microwave, ninja air fryer, bullet blender and more.

Large private backyard (to our building which only has 3 units) with comfy waterproof patio furniture, table and chairs, big umbrella next to the grill and hammock.

The neighborhood is amazing! Our street is quiet and about a 10 minute walk from the N/W Ditmars train station. Ditmars has tons of great restaurants, shops and bars to explore. The Q101, Q100 and Q69 buses are also a short 4-7 walk from home as well as laundry, multiple grocery stores and delis. I’ve been here almost 8 years and I love it.

About us- We’re both performers who work in the service industry between creative projects. Adrian’s in his 20’s and has a cute little dog, Price. I’m in my 30’s with a super sweet black lab named Othello, he’s the best! We like to play games, cook, watch tv when we’re home but we’re usually on the go with our ever changing schedules. It’s really chill household. We’re looking for a nice laidback human with steady income and a good sense of humor, ideally someone who’s looking for a long term living situation.
