One small unfurnished room with closet will be available for rent in a newly renovated 4 bedroom apartment from 1st of February in Astoria, in a very safe neighborhood. 7 minutes from the Broadway subway station, 2 minutes from 4 other busses.
The rent will be $850, all utilities included, except the internet, which is $13/month.

We are looking for a NON-SMOKER (a real non smoker, not just not smoking in the apartment), FULL TIME WORKER, VERY CLEAN, QUIET (loud music is not allowed) and PEACEFUL (absolutely drama free) female roommate prefered age 35-50. Everybody is welcomed who wants a very clean, organized, quiet, warm and friendly atmosphere. Bank, gym, restaurants, post office, laundry, busses are all 2 minutes away.
