- $1200/month, plus utilities split between other roomie (wifi, electric)
-To move in, need 1st month + security deposit
- six months sublease with opportunity to extend if it’s a good fit

-Includes a vizio TV, built-in closet, floating shelves, window AC unit that can be removed if you’d like.

-Rent stabilized unit ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE PARK!!!
-2 bedroom w/ shared bathroom.
-Hardwood floors
-Furnished living room with TV
-Fully stocked kitchen.

YOUR ROOMMATE(S)
-Myself and my cat, Benjamin 😊 my cat is unemployed, however I myself am a working professional, our home is LGBTQ+ friendly and above all honors respect and integrity.
-I work as a server in a fine dining restaurant, so i’m usually not home in the afternoon into the evening. I love watching movies, doing puzzles, drinking wine, and yapping. I do appreciate my privacy but Im always open to chatting and sharing a movie or meal. I’ve been living in this apartment for two years now, and my previous roommate is moving out to begin her journey with her partner :)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
-Safe, residental area, the apartment is across the street from Astoria Park
-Approx 10 minute walk to N/W subway (Astoria Blvd stop) 25 min to Manhattan, 35 min to midtown)
-4 minute walk to the q69 and q19, 7 min walk walk from to q100.
-Laundromat and deli are 2 blocks away
