We are looking for a roommate in our 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria.
Available starting May 31st or June 1st
Flexible month-to-month lease option.

3- minute walk to the Broadway N/W station

This 10 foot x 8.5 foot room includes 2 closets (one inside the room and the second just outside in the living room).
Room comfortably fits full sized bed.

The available room doesn’t share a wall with either of the other bedrooms, it’s on the opposite end of the apartment.
Please be aware: the elevated N train runs directly outside this bedroom window, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers. The previous roommate lived here for over 4 years, so the sound didn’t bother her, but she moved overseas.

Large kitchen includes full sized appliances. We share utensils, cookware, & dishware, but feel free to keep your own things separate if you’d like. You’d have your own kitchen cabinets & drawers, plenty of space!

Laundromat is directly across the street.
Utility fees in addition to rent:
Internet = $43 per person/month
Gas & Electric varies, but averages around $55 per person/month

Looking for financially stable, respectful individual who can pay rent on time, keep common areas clean and able to pitch in with basic chores.
