Hi! We are looking for another female roommate to join us in our fully furnished (and AWESOME) 3 bedroom apartment near 30th Ave in Astoria. Our wonderful roommate is leaving us after 7 years, so the room is open beginning 12/1.

TERMS:
-$1200/month, plus 1/3 utilities (wifi, electric)
-To move in, need 1st & last month rent + security deposit

THE ROOM:

-Room is 10' x 13' with 2 windows
-Includes a built-in closet, queen-sized bed, night stand, dresser and AC. You can decorate however you want!

THE APARTMENT:
-Large, remodeled 3 bedroom + shared bathroom.
-Hardwood floors throughout,
-Furnished living room with TV
-Fully stocked LARGE eat-in kitchen.
-Direct access to semi-private outdoor sitting area with space to grown plants, work, exercise, or relax.

THE ROOMMATES:
- 2 professional females, LGBTQ+ friendly. One of us works in education and plays in a band on the side. The other is a wfh consultant with no musical ability 😝 We both have our own lives but like to get together for a meal or drink when we can. We are different ages but we both love Astoria. We enjoy fiber arts, movies (one of us loves horror genre), board games, indie movies, social sports, etc.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
-Safe, residential tree-lined side street near 30th Ave in Astoria
-Just blocks from the N/W subway (30th Ave stop: 20 min to Manhattan, 30 min to midtown)
-Within a 5 block radius are: multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, gyms, laundromats, many great restaurants, and all the greek/international food and cafes or bars you could ever want!
