Hello,

We have a cozy br in 3br/1bth apartment in Astoria.

We're located conveniently in Astoria. It'll take about 15min to Manhattan by Subway. Both Astoria blvd and 30th av station on N/W is about 10min walk. There also Q18, 19, 69, 100, and 102 bus stop withn few min from our apartment. There are plenty of shops, groceries stores, restaurants and bars nearby.

You'll be living with two roommate. We're both respectable, mature, friendly, easy going, and don't bring party home.

We're looking for someone long term, responsible, mature, no-smoker, and easy going like us.

The room is unfurnished, about 8 x 10 with good size closet and ceiling fan. Please note the room has NO Window.
