We (working couple in our 30s) looking for a short term sublet ~3months, starting immediately for our beautiful guest room. The room is furnished and all utilities are included in the rental price.

The roommate should be clean, friendly and preferably have no pets.

The Sofa is a single size bed and can be opened up to a queen size bed. It is very comfortable, and has no springs that squeak :)

The apartment is shared (but the roommates will not be in the apartment for most of the duration of your stay), and comes with full access to the large living room, kitchen, bathroom with small bathtub.
