The apartment is well maintained and run as a calm, respectful shared home rather than a party apartment. Common areas include the kitchen, bathroom, and shared living spaces, with a simple cleaning rotation so everyone contributes.

We’re looking for a financially responsible roommate with stable income, good credit, and a predictable schedule. Proof of employment/income and references may be requested as part of the screening process.

House expectations are straightforward: no smoking, drugs, parties, pets, or e-bikes inside the apartment. Guests should be occasional and respectful of the shared household. Utilities and shared household expenses are divided among the roommates.
