The room is medium sized and easily fits a queen bed, end table, desk, and dresser. Has radiator heat and an included window AC unit. Decently sized closet pictured with additionally storage space in the hall if needed (just ask. We can easily make room)

The apartment itself is fairly large with a shared living space, kitchen with a gas stove, and pantry space. Bathroom has a shower/bath combo.
Water is included in the rent. Utilities that are paid are for electric and gas. Typically it's very cheap this time of year and is only more expensive in July-September when it's very hot.
Rent is split by room size. The available room is medium sized and therefore pays the middling rent cost. Everything else (utilities/internet) is split equally.
