Hi y'all!!  Looking for a roommate for a cute affordable 2br apartment in Astoria Queens with a December 1st move-in date! This is not a sublet, roommate will be included on new 1 year lease. I'm 24 years old and non-binary (they/them) and I work in the arts world - I've been music directing and stage managing! If you're artsy and creative as well, that's a huge plus! Also would prefer to live with another queer roommate. I've lived in this apt for almost a year and have loved it and the area. It's a 5 min walk from 46th station (MR lines) and near lots of bars/restaurants. Landlord is willing to keep rent around $2600 ($1300 each) as long as new roommate is able to demonstrate consistent income/good credit score or has a guarantor. Heat is included and bedroom is spacious (picture provided below is my bedroom, but both rooms are the same size). Can provide more details and pictures to anyone interested!
