Sunny Room for Rent in Astoria

Leaving my room in Astoria after living here for 1 year. It's a nice size, around 9.5 x 16 ft. I have a full-sized bed. Looking to sublet my unfurnished room until my roommates resign the lease in August, at with point you're welcome to sign on! Rent will be $1,167 + utilities (around $75 per month)

Looking for December 1st move-in. The apartment is at 29th Street and 31st Avenue, about a 6- minute walk to the NW train at the Broadway stop. The neighborhood is amazing, a ton of restaurants nearby, really nice people, 24-hour grocery stores for you insomniacs.

There are two double windows in the room! It gets a lot of light, especially in the summer. It's on the first floor, which means it isn't always the quietest. It's tucked away from the main streets, and much quieter than a Manhattan room, but you'll hear murmuring if people walk by.

The apartment is laid back and quiet. One of the roommates has a girlfriend that comes by pretty often but the shared living room is usually unused during the week. We are all in our mid-late 20s and we all work in the art field!

The apartment is on the first floor but there are a few steps to get there-it is not wheelchair accessible. No in-unit laundry but there's a laundromat two blocks away that we all use.
