15-min train to Manhattan

Hey 👋 my friend and his wife are taking over the lease from me and I’m looking for a woman to fill the third bedroom. They have two well-mannered doggos. The apartment is large, two-stories with in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a balcony, a five-minute walk to the N/W, a five-minute walk to Astoria Park, a quiet, safe neighborhood. You’ll have your own bathroom plus there’s an extra half bathroom on the first floor, an AC/heat in your bedroom and in the living room. Kitchen is already stocked with cleaning supplies, pots and pans, seasonings.

I will remove the furniture in the room before you move in.
