Room with Private Bathroom in 2b2b+ laundry unit

Hey! One room will be available in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment starting January 1, 2025. My current roommate is moving out of the country, so I’m looking for a professional to take over his room. You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom — we’d just be sharing the living room and kitchen. The apartment also has an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment has a huge living room that gets an insane amount of sunlight.

It's on the second floor of a three-unit building (the landlord lives downstairs). The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. We're about a 15-minute walk from the yellow line, there’s a bus nearby that connects to the F line, and the NYC ferry dock is just 8 minutes away.

A little about me: I work in the legal field and have a hybrid schedule — 3 days in the office, 2 from home. I’m quiet, clean, and pretty low-key. I’m looking for someone who has a stable job and is respectful of shared spaces. That means cleaning up after yourself, keeping the kitchen tidy (no dishes left in the sink), taking out the trash when it’s full, and helping keep the living room neat.
