Lease Take over/ 3 bed apartment Astoria for Dec 1

Currently looking for someone to take over the lease in my current 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Astoria. Previously listed for oct. 1st. However my roommates pushed their move out date. The listing is now for a December 1st move in. The apartment is just a 4 minute walk from the N/ W line and a 15 minute train ride into manhattan. There are a multitude of bars, restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket 2 blocks away!

There are 2 rooms that will be available. The furnished master bedroom listed ($1110/ mo- Deposit: $953) will be available on December 1st and the second unfurnished bedroom listed ($1,060/ mo- Deposit: $922) will be also be available on December 1st. If you’re interested in taking over the lease, you will need a credit score preferably over 650- guarantors are welcome. For the other room no credit check required.

About me (current roommate): I’ve been living in the apartment for about 2 1/2 years now and I love the area. I work full time as a booking/ events reception coordinator. I enjoy music, reading and volleyball on my free time. I’m pretty quiet seeing that I work majority of the time on the weekdays.

I’m looking for professionals starting from mid- late 20’s that are clean, laid back and responsible with rent. Utilities are not included but run from about $70- $100 per month depending on AC usage.
