Hi I am a male design freelancer and hospitality worker seeking a roommate who is clean tidy and drama free. Move in April 15 or May 1st. Month to month is ok but prefer longer term for the right applicant.

1st floor apartment- no walk up, really big inside can fit a king bed and there’s extra storage. It’s a Citi bike ride away from the city, or the f Q or 7, E and Q trains. Rent stabilized apartment. Good reliable landlord. Clean quiet place that’s pest free and noise free. Friendly professional roomate seeking the same. minimal cooking and noise from my side.

Single occupancy for one person: female professional or student only. Apartment located on 35th ave and 9th st and must be ok with that location. Bikes bus and walking gets you to 3 major reliable subway stations.

Apartment is unfurnished.

Utilities not included. Ranges from 50-150 including WiFi.

Strictly no smoking, excessive alcohol, drugs or parties. No couples or part time live in partners. Please be well mannered and clean and tidy.
