The apartment is large and has a common area and comes unfurnished. It is a citibike away from the F train or NR or 7 train, close to the Astoria ferry and close to parks and gyms. The 69 and 66 busses are quick nearby and come every 7 minutes to the F train.
Quiet apartment building, pest and drama free area that's right near a local Costco. Apartment is peaceful no neighbor noise and excellent landlord.
The room is great, it's on the 1st floor, big enough for a queen or king bed with plenty of other space for your stuff and a spare store room.
