Looking for a clean/tidy person to join us in our huge 3BR apt. Have 1 large BR available NOW.

Beautiful area. Many restaurants & bars within walking distance. About 30 minutes from Times Square. (8-10min walk + 20min train ride)
We maintain a very quiet & relaxed living space (: Private room for rent

A bit about the place:

- rent: $1450 w/o utilities

- shared bathroom, sun room (where we store our shoes), living room, dining room, and kitchen

- all rooms are very decently sized and provides a lot of space for you

- bedroom is decently large. Previous roommate was able to fit 2 full size mattresses, a large cat tree, and dresser.

- you will be living with a male and a female. we work pretty often and are rarely home. Both very nice people

What we are looking for:

- preferably women or open to man but must be very clean. (we've had issues in the past)

- late 20s preferred.

- help to clean/maintain shared spaces

- clean after yourself, especially when cooking (doing your dishes and cleaning the area down, including the stove)

- keep your room in a tidy manner, we've had issues in the past with bugs due to messiness.
