Hi,

My name is Jon and I have a room available in a 3-bedroom apartment. Ideally looking for someone for April 1st in date. The length of stay is flexible...long or short term though I do prefer a 6, 12 month or monthly commitment (to be discussed).

Location:
It's located only two blocks from the N, W Subway Line (Astoria Blvd.) in a nice neighborhood area. Couple of blocks from 30th Ave (bars and restaurants) 15-20 minutes away from midtown Manhattan and10 min away from Williamsburg by car, prime area

The Apartment:
There's a hallway that opens up into the shared living room, kitchen
The living room already has a sofa, love chair, bar table with stools. Media, has a 4k projector setup (Large screen 120 inches, Local HD channels and streaming apps). There is also a shared kitchen, shared bathroom and a Den area for relaxing.

The Room:
It's on the 1st floor of a private house. The room for rent is large measuring 11.7 x 8.10 feet. and located by the kitchen. This room just recently got renovated (new ceiling and new paint job, light grey/blue, see pics above).

The Kitchen and Den:
Fully equipped kitchen with everything, complete bar and dining table (see me for specifics). The Den, Independent couch area with a smart TV.
Base rent: $1200
Deposit: $1200
(Costs are negotiable for the right person)
Utilities (Electric, Heat, water, Wi-Fi and TV included)
Summer A/C and Winter may be an additional $50.
If there's any changes, I'll let you know in advance.

It's available now for viewing after 6pm (please SMS/text me to schedule) to take a look at the place.
