My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join our cozy, peaceful apartment in Astoria. We are both practicing Catholics. The available room is the master bedroom, it’s very spacious, includes a private half bath, a large closet, and gets plenty of natural light. You’ll be sharing the main shower with the two of us.

We love keeping the apartment clean and clutter-free. we’re minimalist, peaceful, and enjoy a calm living environment. If you're someone who values a tidy, respectful home, you'll fit right in!

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Astoria Blvd train station, just one block from Steinway Street, and two blocks from 30th Avenue, where you'll find tons of great bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Rent: $1,250/month + utilities
Move-in requires one-month security deposit and proof of income.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two women in their mid-30s, both friendly, responsible, and easygoing.
