This is lovely private room in two bedroom apartment. You have all you need to enjoy your stay. It is safe, quiet, clean, cozy and in the heartland of Astoria! The atmosphere is very friendly. The only person lives at the apartment, is my aunt. She is a very sweet Brazilian woman, speaking fluently in English. She will show you all you need. She is simply the best!
The commute to the city is pretty easy, convenient and fast.
We are looking for long term or two months minimum stay, a nice and respectful person.

We offer video tour, but the best way is to see each other and show you around in person.
Please, don't hesitate to reach me.
