Room in Astoria, In-Unit Laundry and Garden Access

Hello! Looking to fill this room in a wonderful 4 bed/2 bath Astoria apartment.

The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the N/W train and M60 bus, a 20 minute walk to the ferry, and close to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and Astoria Park! (Bohemian Beer Garden is one of our favorites). We have in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and a shared backyard/garden with a grill.

The apartment is fully furnished, and depending on the situation, the bedroom can be left partially furnished as well.

Because this is the smallest room in the apartment and does not have a full closet, we have allocated the hallway closet for the person in this room.

The lease term will be from May 1, 2026-April 30, 2027, but I am leaving a couple months early, so we are looking for someone to take over the remaining two months of my lease. Ideally starting March 1st, but we can be flexible depending on the situation.

About the roommates: three women with ages ranging from 25-40. One of them travels a lot for work, so there are often times only three total people in the apartment. Everyone is very welcoming and easygoing. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

The landlord requires a credit check and income verification for approval, first month rent, and 1 month security deposit. The apartment is pet-friendly, with an additional non-refundable pet deposit fee of $500.
