Hi everyone,

I am looking for a short term roommate for one bedroom in my fully furnished three bedroom apartment in Old Astoria, Queens. I can be flexible on time but ideally anytime from January to June and September to December.

The last few tenants have been interns from the UN .

The room is $1,300 a month and the apartment is located at a great peaceful spot 10 minutes walk from the N and W train and the NYC ferry. (Astoria Route nstops at 90th st, 34th st and Wall street in Manhattan). It is one minute away from Astoria Park and close to several coffee shops great for studying! Also, the apartment environment is also conducive to studying.

The bedroom has ample natural light and storage. The apartment also includes a large kitchen and bathroom that would be shared by you and just one other roommate. The one expectation my current roommate and I have is that the apartment is not a party house., We kindly ask that this be respected.

I have been renting this room out for over 20 years now and am open to meeting with or talking to anyone interested.
