You should be a woman or male in your mid-20s to late 30s. Prefer people over 25, but everyone is welcome. I am not looking for someone with a significant other who will be in the apartment constantly, although overnight guests once in a while and friends are of course welcome. The ideal person is laid back, clean, is employed, has good communication skills, is friendly and respectful.
