Hi my name is Alejandra and I am subletting my bedroom for a couple of weeks as my trip back has been delayed due to my mom’s health. Room has private entrance. It is available for rent from until October 5th! It is a railroad style however it has a private entrance . There is a cat and I will need someone to help feed, scoop littler and change water for my cat when necessary. You must be clean, quiet, and responsible. There is another roommate in the apartment. I am currently in Spain, my boyfriend will show room to serious inquiries only. Students / Artists preferred but not necessary. You must vacate by Oct 5th when I arrive. Please be clean, responsible, cooperate with daily apartment duties with other roommate. Please no furniture. No smoking no vamping no drugs.. . DM for details ! Thanks!
