Room for rent, great neighborhood, west Astoria.

Hello everyone! I’m renting a nice small room in Astoria, furnished with closet and for (1)one person, only. The room is located inside of 3 beds Apt all privates and full of lights! Also the Apt takes place in the corner, so all the windows face the street. The neighborhood is an atmosphere of multicultural restaurants, nice cafeterias, laundries , gyms ,supermarkets, as well nice parks with sports activities area. Trains to take are N, W Broadway Stop station. To take the bus is walking 2 blocks to 21 St to take buses Q69, B62, Q100 or Q104 that go to the different train stations. Also the Q 103 on Vernon Blvd which one block from the place that go Court Square. Astoria Park is a few minutes away, and Socrates park is 1 block away where you can take free yoga, meditation and kayaking classes between specific seasons. Also there is the beautiful East side water view which is only one block from the place .We are a cool and respectful married couple in our mid- fifties, living in the place. Shared area are the kitchen and the bathroom and it should be left clean after each use. The living room we are able to share occasional with the right person. Good vibes, and positive environment! As a plus, we have bicycle storage in the back of the building. Utilities are included in the price. (Electricity, gas, wifi) Background check is required by the Landlord, so you must agree to do it.
