I am looking for one roommate for the other bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment, starting January 2026

The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up in a very quiet building. Only one other apartment in the building.

The building is a few blocks away from the waterfront and Astoria Park. 10-minute walk to the 30 Ave N/W subway station. There is also easy access to the F train via the Q69/Q100 bus.

Near to Astoria Park and great spots .

Must be comfortable with cats. I have a very friendly, curious, and well-behaved 2yo cat.

Ideal roommate: clean/neat, has a full-time job, respectful, mindful of shared spaces and resources, able to provide good references, looking for at least a 6-month commitment.
