Looking for a friendly, fun, outgoing, and respectful female roommate for our 3-bedroom apartment located by the river in Astoria, Queens. Your current roommates are working professionals, one work from home Thursday and fridays the other is a teacher. Both enjoying to cook and go for walk around the parks but also love to come home and unwind. We love to Uber eats and binge-watch T. V. with friends and family. No pets unfortunately but they are welcomed as guests <3

Room is available for immediate move-in. The apartment has a large living room area, great natural light, a windowed and open kitchen area, intercom, with large bedrooms and great closets.

The building is conveniently located away from the train N/W/ F/R/M. and only 15 min from Midtown, Manhattan. The closest transport is the ferry, a 2-minute walk.

Nearby amenities include a bomb Mexican deli, Costco, and City Fresh Market (all within a 10-minute walk), a laundromat, and Queens Library just down a couple of blocks. You'll find yourself at riverside cafes and sculpture parks within a minute. Noguchi Museum is nearby as well.
