Large, Bright Room in Astoria

I’m subletting my room in a 2br apartment in the heart of Astoria. The room features large windows, a desk with computer monitor, plenty of closet space, a dresser, as well as a keyboard (if that’s what you are into).

The apartment has recently been renovated, so it comes with a beautiful kitchen, living room (+TV) and bathroom. A laundromat is right across the street.

Located on a quiet block, you are nonetheless only 3 minutes away from the N/W subway lines, which take you into midtown Manhattan in 15 minutes. Grocery stores, bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. all within short walking distance.

The neighborhood is fun and extremely safe. Astoria Park is also close by for people who like to work out or just being outdoors.

The other roommate is a very nice and respectful guy, who isn’t home during the day. We try to keep the place clean and don’t throw parties, and we hope you’ll do the same. The building is very quiet also.
